All products sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF format) delivered automatically upon purchase.

Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns once a file has been downloaded. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase:

• If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, failed download, wrong file sent), contact us at [accounting@amberwaf.store] within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the correct file.
• If you did not intend to make the purchase or purchased in error, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will review the request.
• Refund requests outside these windows will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
